This petition coming on today for hearing before me in the presence of
Thiru.M.Kubendiran, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for
the state, this court passed the following:
Order

1. Petition filed to relax the Condition.

2. The offences alleged are U/s. 4(1-A) of TNP Act.

3. Both heard.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was

granted bail by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1418/2022 dated 24.03.2022 on condition

to appear and sign before the Inspector of police, respondent police station daily at

10.00 a.m., until further orders and he has been complying the condition regularly

for 37 days. The learned Public Prosecutor has no serious objection. Considering

the facts and circumstances, already condition complied period, this Court is

inclined to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner totally.

 5. In the result, the condition is totally relaxed. The petitioner shall appear

before the concerned Court on summons and to co-operate with the court for early

disposal of the case.
