1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMERY
1.1 BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
The name of the business is called OSCARIO HARDWARE. The business is sole
proprietorship owned by OSCAR OGISA. The enterprise is destined to start its
operation in the year 2021 upon the completion of my Diploma level. The
enterprise aims at creating of employment and making profit. The name shows that
the business will be dealing with buying and selling of hardware products like;
cement, nails, iron sheets, jembes, pipes, tiles wheelbarrows, electric equipment’s
like sockets, wires, pulp holders and plumbing materials.
1.2MARKETING PLAN
The main customers will be from within Kabarak center and the entire people of
Kabarak community. There is competition from other competitors but I intend to
use skills in promoting the business. The firm offers the best service to the
customers and ensures that all the goods are sold at the right place.
1.3 ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN
The business shall employ qualified personnel in different sections of the business.
The vacancies will be advertised on posters and through the media. The business
shall require other support services such as postal service, insurance, banking and
telephone.
1.4 PRODUCT PLAN /OPERATIONAL PLAN
The business will start on January 2021 upon completion of school. The business
will operate from Monday to Friday at 8:00a.m and close 6.00p.m. The operation
on Saturday will be from 8.00am and close at 2.00p.m and NO opening on public
holidays.
1.5 FINANCIAL PLAN

The initial requirement of capital will be from my own personal savings, friends,
family and relatives.
