CLOUD COMPUTING

Cloud computing involves the provision of extraordinary computing services that helps in such
ways as provision of storage and other important information over the internet. Cloud
computing makes it easier for companies or organizations by providing space where they can
pay to access the things they need. It also allows providing of same services to a wide range of
people as the providers would be centered on providing particular subject data. The use of
cloud computing in companies hinders the fact that the companies no longer have to buy or
maintain their own data centers as they rent access of information from cloud service providers
(reasons or benefits of this).(May add the coverage of cloud computing in detail). The use of
cloud computing services speeds up the rate at which company projects are done although it is
not necessarily a cheap form of computing since you can only access to the information inside
the cloud when you have an internet connection. Most companies often get worried about
security features of the cloud region as this will depend on whose monitoring the cloud as there
are engineers who are professionally qualified to protecting that data centers. There are also
cloud security tools which monitor the movement of information to and from the cloud. There
are three types of cloud that is public cloud (need a different definition of public cloud),
private cloud where companies and organizations can have control of where their data is being
held and are free to make changes to the infrastructure in the way they want, and lastly hybrid
cloud(need definition). Some of the companies that are cloud providers are Microsoft’s Azure,
IBM and Google. (Need the linkage between cloud security and IoT, useful patterns and
counterpart advantages and disadvantages)
