HOW TO RESEND A TENANT PORTAL LINK

The tenant portal is where the tenant can make payments to their account, change their
payment method, create a maintenance request, view their ledger and more. If the tenant
has lost access or is not able to access their portal you will need to reset it for them

1. Find the property using the Enterprise Search function

Use the Enterprise Search function to find the property

2. Select the building and go to the property page

Click on the building link


You will now be in the building page

3. Now scroll down about ¾ of the way down the page until you find the Tenant
Information

Click on the tenants name


You can also find this at the very bottom of the page in the Leases tab

Click on the tenants name from the Leases tab

You will now be in the Contact card for the tenant

The Contacts tab will be highlighted and you will see


the tenants name at the top left with the Contact
icon displayed
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Portal tab and click on RESET
PASSWORD. The tenant will be sent an email with the log in link

1. Go to the Portal Tab

2. Click on RESET PASSWORD
