Bullying
Students will identify causes, preventions, and treatments of common barriers to
learning.
“Today we will be discussing the serious topic of bullying inside and outside of the
classroom. This may be a sensitive topic for a lot of people.”
To introduce this topic we can start off by saying go to your 8 o’clock partner and
discuss past bullying experiences.
1. Teacher will say, Before we dive too deep, let's discuss the definition of bullying.
Bullying: Seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce (someone perceived as vulnerable).
2. Teacher will go over the 3 realms of bullying.

Snowstorm:
Students write down what they learned on a piece of scratch paper and wad it up. Given
a signal, they throw their paper snowballs in the air. Then each learner picks up a nearby
response and reads it aloud.
