Personal Goals
● Kristen: Manage time well to contribute high-quality work for our project.
● Daniela: Submit work that I am proud to submit and manage time well to be able to do so.
○ Communicate with team members if I am struggling with any part of our project.
● Kaitlin: Keep organized and manage time well to produce the best work possible.
● Katie:
○ Be responsible of my time and respectful of my group members time by completing
assignments when due.
○ Communicate any concerns.
○ Improve my writing skills and learn how to use Adobe Illustrator.

Individual Commitment
● Kristen, Daniela, Kaitlin, and Katie are willing to put 100% effort.
● Kaitlin will still put 100% effort, though she has a lot of responsibility as a shift leader at work,
so she is worried about her time management. If this ever becomes a problem, Kaitlin will take
the initiative to communicate with the group as well as take responsibility.

Other Concerns
1. Procrastination.
2. Time management because of other responsibilities: MARC, lab work, long commute, work, etc.
3. If someone gets sick, whether with COVID or just in general.
4. Family emergencies.

Conflict Resolution
1. If we experience conflict that cannot be resolved in a consensus, we will bring up the issue with
the professor after 24 hours to help us resolve it.

Missed Deadlines
1. If somebody thinks they might miss a deadline, they will communicate with the group via discord
or iMessage ahead of time.
2. If somebody misses a personal deadline without informing the group, the group will reach out to
that person to communicate any issues/concerns.

Unacceptable Work
1. To not do anything.
2. Bad grammar and spelling.
3. Unreliable sources or no works cited.
4. Not meeting any of the requirements from the AB prompt.
5. Last minute work.
- If work is deemed unacceptable then we will politely reach out to the team member who did the
work and ask for revision within 24 hours.
- If no revision or communication is made, then an email will be sent to Dr. Bruce to help address
the issue.
