Gabay sa Magulang/Tagapag-alaga

Isinulat ang modyul na ito upang gabayan ang inyong anak na linangin ang
kaniyang aspetong pansarili at pakikipagkapuwa, akademiko, at karera. Dinisenyo ito
para sa distance learning o alternatibong pamamaraan ng pagkatuto na hindi
nangangailangan ng pisikal na presensya sa paaralan, bilang pag-iingat dulot ng
pandemyang COVID-19.

Hinihiling na basahin sa mag-aaral ang bawat bahagi ng modyul at gabayan


siya sa bawat gawain upang matagumpay na maisakatuparan ang mga tagubilin.
Siguraduhing maisagawa at masasagot ang mga gawain at katanungan (Processing
Questions).

Gawain 1: Magsusulat ang mag-aaral ng mga simpleng hangarin sa buhay. Ito ay


kanyang didisenyuhan gamit ang mga art materials na makikita sa bahay.

Gawain 2: Pipili ang mag-aaral ng isang hangarin mula sa mga naisulat sa Gawain 1
at kanyang isusulat ang mga hakbang na gagawin para makamit ito.

Gawain 3: Babasahin ng mag-aaral ang maikling istorya at sasagutan ang mga


tanong.

Gawain 4: Isusulat ng mag-aaral ang mga simpleng hakbang upang makamit ang
mga hangarin sa buhay.

Gawain 5: Kukumpletuhin ng mag-aaral ang mga pangungusap. Kokopyahin at


sasagutan din ang katibayang nagpapakita na natapos niya ang mga
gawain sa lahat ng modyul. Ito ay papapirmahan sa
magulang/tagapangalaga at gurong-tagapayo.

Tiyakin na ang lahat ng gawaing natapos ng mag-aaral sa bawat bahagi ng


modyul ay maipapasa sa petsa at oras na itinakda ng kanyang Gurong-Tagapayo.
Introductory Message

In this module, you will reflect on your simple goals as


well as on the steps that you must follow to make them
happen. Always have simple goals and do your best to
make it happen even if you are staying at home.
This module has six interactive activities for you to
follow, namely:

Let’s Try This – which will help you get ready to learn;

Let’s Explore This – which will guide you towards what


you need to learn;

Keep in Mind – which will give you the lessons that you
need to learn and understand;

You Can Do It – which will help you apply the lessons


learned in daily activities;

What I Have learned – which will test and evaluate your


learning;

Share Your Thoughts and Feelings – which will help you


express your thoughts, opinions feelings.

Make sure to read, think, follow, and enjoy every task


that you are asked to do.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this module, you are expected to:

1. list down simple goals;


2. enumerate simple steps to achieve simple goals;
3. show willingness to achieve simple goals; and
4. make a simple plan to achieve your goal.

Period: Weeks 6 and 7 of 4th Quarter


Suggested Time Allotment: 120 minutes

Materials Needed:
Pencil, Crayons, Art materials,Clean sheet of paper

participate in

The answers to the questions above are some of the


things that you want or wish to have. As you grow older,
these things will help you to be the best that you can be.

In this module, you will learn that your simple goals will
motivate you to always do your best. It will help you to
reaching high and catch your star!

Let’s Try This

Suggested Time Allotment: 20 minutes

With the help of your parents or guardian, do the following:


 Choose one (1) activity that you wish to learn more:
Draw an animal
Write neatly
Learn to read more than 20 words
Count from 1 to 20
 Write your chosen activity on a clean sheet of paper.
 Design your work and put it in one corner of your
home because it will remind you of what you wish to
learn more.

Note: You may also think of other things not included in the
list.

Processing Questions:
Answer orally with the help of your parents or guardian.

Dreaming of what you want to be


when you grow up.

Simple goals will help you to do your best and become


a responsible child. You need to study hard and do well in
school to make it happen.

goals happen:

3. Ask help from your parents or guardians
4. List down you goals
5. Share your success with others
Having simple goals is fun and exciting. As you show
willingness to follow the steps, you can make your simple
goals happen!

Read the story with the help of your parents or guardian. Put
your answer on a clean sheet of paper.

You a have a quiz in Math and you want to get a high


score. The topic of the quiz is Addition. Using the steps in
making your simple goals happen, answer the following
questions:
