Notice for Class One Admission Process
Dear Parents/Guardians
Applicants of Class 1 (One)
We have scheduled class one admission process as follows. This is a time to be extra careful so we will have
online test of your child. If there is any change in government directives you will be informed about it. Keep
checking www.sxg.edu.np for further information.

Please follow the given direction strictly for the admission process.

• Parents must download the Zoom App in their device and get familiar with the use of zoom app.
• On the day of the online test you must join the meeting with Application Number & Child’s Name
(Eg: 800 Rabi Sharma).
• Student must be online at least 5 minutes before the test time.
• Please stay in the waiting room of the Zoom till you are admitted by the interviewers for the test.
• Student must keep their writing materials ready before the test begins. (arranging the writing
materials after starting the online test is strictly prohibited)
• Parents should not help their child in his/her test. If any parent is found helping the child the
admissions test will be cancelled, and no chance will be given after cancellation.
• Student’s working table/place must be inside the screen (inside the frame visible on the screen)
• Students must have the admit card on the online test day, no one is allow to take a test without the
admit card.
• Photograph of the form should match the child sitting for the test.
• Parents should not be sitting with their child during the test. Arranging of the exam space must be
done beforehand.
• If there is any technical problem interviewer will ask the child to call the parents to fix it.
• There might be power cut/internet problem while having online test so alternative arrangement must
be made in such situation. (Best to use mobile and data for the admission test)
• Online test will be maximum of 10-15 minutes.
• Students should not wear mask during the online test.
