SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS FOR
JUNIORS AT THE HUFLIT.

METHOD
Overview Time management abilities have become a required and
necessary skill for every student. Students who have learned
time management skills can be more engaged in their learning
activities, avoiding the predicament in which most students "let
Sampling the grass grow under their feet." The main object of study in
technique this research was 3rd year students of HUFLIT. On the basis of
accessible questionnaires, more than 70 Huflit College students
were questioned. The subjects were all 3rd year students,
selected from a variety of disciplines. Therefore, the situation of
time management ability of 3rd year students can be compared
between different working environments, for example, majoring
in business English will be different from English for
pedagogy.
All students need time management skills, but the focus of
Sample
this study is on third-year students since they need to be
restriction
completely prepared for their final-year internships, which will
put them in close touch with the outside working environment.
After graduation, this talent will assist students in becoming
more professional, which will be highly valued by companies.
Materials Macan (1990) published research results on the correlation
between time management of university students. Research
results showed that students who had a sense of self-time
management was often rated well in terms of productivity, work
productivity, they complete work well, were satisfied with life,
less around, overload and stress caused by work, in addition,
research also showed that students' time management
motivation much more complex than previously expected, and
in theory. Students benefit between time management and
academic achievement as well as between time planning, time
users, and student achievement and promotion (Cemaloglu,
Necati, Filiz and Sevil, 2010).
Google The Google Driver form was used to create the
Procedure questionnaire. The questions were divided into several large
sections. Part one focuses on students' time management
abilities. The next section discusses the negative consequences
of poor time management for students, followed by remedial
solutions for students to improve their time management skills.
The main target of the study were third-year HUFLIT students,
so we selected and surveyed only third-year students from all
disciplines to compare and contrast other working settings each
other, as well as how you manage your time and how to
improve it. We needed to survey at least 50 students to give the
study scope and credibility. Each student was given a
questionnaire to fill out and would be asked to answer questions
regarding their level of interest in time management skills, their
typical day schedule, learn about how much time they spend
playing and learning and then about the experiences and
solutions they have used to improve their management.
At least 50 student surveys must be completed. The
Statistical information was retrieved from a Google form and entered into
treatment an excel spreadsheet for examination.
