Sustainable construction

To make use of Natural Light & Air, air circulation has been attained by given large windows with
louvers and increased floor heights, Skylights and Ventilators.
The villas have been planned and executed in such a manner that, the materials used are complying
with the eco-standards and the bio-diversity of the project area shall create a sense of calm and

The front door of all individual villas are made of Teakwood. Teakwood is known for its durability and
stability and of course, for its weather and water resistance.

Contextual and aesthetic impact

earthy feel of the village life. Wall cladding using these laterite stones in front of the villas add a
wonder charm to the elevation. Even the boundary wall too, is built using laterite stones.

A Rainwater Harvesting sump can be built and Ground water recharge too, made possible. The
electricity required can also be generated by solar technology.
