acknowledged by me to my entire satisfaction, do hereby sell, cede, transfer, and
convey as by these presents have SOLD, CEDED, TRANSFERRED and
CONVEYED, unto said ROYNALDO TORREON BISNAR, his heirs, assigns,
executors or administrators, the above-described motor vehicle together with all
the accessories whatsoever free from all liens and encumbrances.
