Speaking:

1. I can hardly decide, since both positions have their advantages as well as disadvantages. However, I would
still say that I would prefer to work as a freelancer as I would like to unfold freely and not be limited by any
instructions. Being self-employed, allows you to freely arrange your working hours and be in charge of your
own business. In addition, I can select my employees as I wish and I must bear responsibility for them,
especially in times of crisis like now. That's not easy, but it's part of the job and teaches you a lot. In addition,
as a freelancer, you have a more varied field of activity, which, in contrast to an employee, does not have
fixed office hours. And even if one admits it only reluctantly, it is also the money which plays a role. It gives
one the chance to earn significantly more money. You can often earn an impressive annual income with
relatively little effort. But disadvantages such as a lot of stress, high investments, limited private life due to
high time expenditure, no paid vacation, irregular income or performance pressure are also to be endured
and not to be underestimated.

2. Starting a business at a younger age has many advantages, because younger founders often have a lot of
mental and physical strength. They may get by on less sleep and be able to concentrate longer. Having more
energy can also result in higher motivation.
In addition, younger people may be more willing to try more and embrace new things due to their less
experience. Processes and thought structures are less routine and automated than those of more mature
founders.
In addition, the courage to deviate from safe structures may also be higher. Younger founders have the
advantage of having their entire working life ahead of them. If they allow themselves to make mistakes, these
have a lesser impact, as they will certainly get opportunities to try again and do better in the course of their
lives.
Also, mistakes made by inexperienced people are often viewed from the outside as less dramatic than by
people who should know better based on a long career.
Now there are also many disadvantages, because every business needs a specific budget. The bigger this is,
the more flexible the possibilities are. Also the chances of success can be increased. If they found at a young
age, they have had less time and options to build up reserves for this due to lack of age.
In addition, reserves can compensate for weaker phases of the business and thus ensure its existence. Here,
too, as a young founder one is not in as good a position as a more mature company owner.
In terms of experience, the lower age can also be a disadvantage for as a young founder. With the personal
knowledge gained from a long professional life, many problems in a business can be solved more easily.
Furthermore, extensive experience can help to assess certain factors in a target-oriented manner and to make
the right decisions on this basis. As a young founder, it is possible that the know-how is lacking in this area. In
many cases, they therefore have fundamental problems with gaining acceptance.

3. I would pursue my Dream job and have my own medical clinic to work in the social sector and help as many
people as possible. I would easier than working at a hospital where doctors have to work night shifts or also
preference is given to men doctors thinking their capability is higher than those of women. So at that way that
kind of inequality as well as inequity can be avoided.
