    of the Bureau of Construction and approved by the undersigned, to be used as reference by your
    respective Regional and District Engineering Offices in the preparation/review of Program of Works
    (POW's), Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and Variation Order for DPWH Infrastructure
    Projects for 2nd Quarter of CY 2022.
