Dear Michael,

OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT

Further to our recent discussion with you, One Spirit is pleased to offer you a
position as a driver with effect from September, 2020, subject to the following
terms and conditions:

1. Duties
Your duties as a Driver shall include all functions as listed on the job
description which will be handed over to you upon assumption of office. You
will be expected to perform all duties and exercise all authority as a Driver
in a manner which is reasonably necessary and proper in the interest of the
company.

2. Probation and confirmation


You will be placed on probation for Six (6) months from the effective date of
resumption. Your appointment will be confirmed after the Six (6) months
subject to your satisfactory performance pursuant to the Company’s staff
process of evaluation.

3. Hours Of work
You shall be expected to work from 8.30am to 8.00p.m Mondays to Fridays,
10.00am-3.00pm. However, you may be required to work extra hours and on
weekend whenever the company deemed necessary at no additional cost

4. Renumeration
You are entitled to month renumeration of ...=N=…50,000 naira (Fifty
Thousand Naira Only) ...

5. Annual Leave
After confirmation, you are entitled to annual leave of 21 working days in any
calendar year excluding statutory holidays
6. Conflict of Interest
You shall exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent actions or
conditions, which could result in a conflict with the interest of the company.
You shall not, without the company’s written consent, be engaged in any
capacity in any other business activity and occupation whatsoever other than
the business of the company.

7. Confidentiality
You shall be required to sign confidentiality agreement on the assumption
of duty.

8. Good Faith
You shall be required at all time to act loyally, faithfully and in the best
interest of and to use your endeavors to expand and develop the business
of the company.

9. Termination of Employment
During the period of your probation, either you or the company may
terminate the appointment by giving to the other two weeks notice in
writing or by payment to the other two weeks of your salary in lieu of
notice. Thereafter, either you or the company may terminate this contract
by giving to the other at least One(1) month notice in writing or by
payment to the other of One (1) month of your salary in lieu

The Company shall also have the right to terminate this Contract without
prior notice and to dismiss you without liability for compensation or
damages on the occurrence of any material breach of contract, fraud,
bankruptcy or disability that makes it impossible to discharge your duties

enclosed copy of the letter to us.
