Goals and Targets Setting Process - Guidelines FY 2022

Instructions
All finalized KPI's, measures and targets should be discussed and agreed upon with the reporting Manager. It is mandatory to get all the team members' KPIs approved by either MD/SD/DIR.
KPI's and measures have been designed to align with our Strategic Cornerstones so that we are all aligned in achieving Goals/Objectives of the firm.

Targets should be finalized keeping in mind the maturity and strategy of each practice solutions (MDs at each location needs to define this) and should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely).

Some targets that are linked to the overall practice's business plans for the financial year will get cascaded from MD to each designation. Some may be specific to defined designations or an individual and may be finalized accordingly.
MDs/Reporting Manager should identify the specific nature of services within their solutions and accordingly, map the core competency/skills/the individual's interest and plans for the future. In doing so, they can be flexible in terms of the KPI's,
Measures, Targets and Weight range and discuss and agree the same with the individual.
There are certain health and hygiene factors applicable to all, which if not upheld will result in deductions to overall scores. Related measures and triggers are defined under the tab "Deductions and Negative Ratings".
All finalized KPI's, measures and targets should be discussed and agreed upon with the reporting Manager. The solution MD will have overall responsibility to share all the completed KPI sheets for all individuals mapped under them with HR India
(HR.India@protivitiglobal.in) no later than March 25, 2022. Exceptions, if any, needs to agreed with and approved by the concerned MD and communicated to HR India with the revised dates so that HR India can maintain a tracker for the same.

Targets achievement against selected KPI's will be reviewed by the reporting Manager/MD with the individual at the mid-year point and may be recalibrated (if required and in exceptional cases) to ensure targeted outcomes get achieved at the end of
the year.
In case of any questions or clarifications, please reach out to HR India, MD or the reporting Manager.
