Introduction:
A Manager is a person who manages or responsible for a part of a company.
Managers can control departments in companies, or guide the people who work for them. To run
a company properly firstly you need an expert manager .Here I am the manager of ‘xyz’
organization .Recently I am given an order of delivering 1000 pieces of products within two
month.

The function that I follow while completing the order: As a manager, I have
followed some functions, which have helped me to complete the order. First of all I need to
planning, Secondly organizing, thirdly staffing, fourthly leading and at last controlling.

Planning:
The first thing you need to do before starting any work in your life is to make the
right plan .The planning plays a very important role in the life of a manager. To became a
successful manager you need to making plan perfectly .Before starting the work, I had to make a
perfect plan. For example, First of all I needed to know about which machine was good or which
was bad at my company, How many employees does the company have? How many employees
can work together? In addition, how many will work at any given time? Need a routine to divide
the work, how many products need to be made during this period? Who will work in the
Morning shift? Who will work in the Evening shift? Do they have to do any extra work? If they
do, what are the benefits? If we cannot finish the job on time, what need to do? After making the
products, make sure that some extra products ready correct Make in advance so that there is no
problem if any product is damage etc.

Organizing:
When you wants to start something from zero you need to organize many things
How much money for staff, money for different machines, money for any work of the company
in case of loss, how much money can be spent to make the product,

Staffing:
A person can never run a company or organization alone. He need to take helps of
others. To run the company I need many staff like security guard, driver, general worker,
receptionist, delivery boy etc. Choosing the perfect professional with the relevant skills or
experience and recruiting them to fill a job post or function is the process of staffing. My
company needs skilled people who can keep up with the times. My company needs a trainer to
look after the work of the workers. All the officers-employees of my company need an expert
staff to see the facilities

Directing:
Direction is a important part of Management which in deals directly with
influencing guiding motivating for the achievement of Organizational goals. When you are a
manager of any company, you should always connected with your staff. If any staff doing any
wrong, you are responsible for that. You need to command them properly. You need to guide
them what is right what is wrong, how can they improve in their work. In this process, the senior
executives of the company and the lower class executives all get a chance to work together
