Business Idea-

My business idea is a lemonade stand. Lemonade is a great and

better tasting alternative to water

Product summary- My lemonade is made using:

Sugar

2 cups of lemon juice.

It is served in small cups and will cost 50 Naira a cup.

1. GIVE PEOPLE SOMETHING FOR FREE AND THEY WILL FEEL

OBLIGATED TO RETURN THE FAVOR

When you help someone, it creates a natural desire to return the favour. In doing so,

you’ll not only build trust, but also develop relationships with potential clients.

2.Tell the neighbours.

It is important to tell your neighbours or your ‘target audience’. Do not be shy and be

willing to be out there. Who knows, excitement could build about the business.

Reason for business

A lemonade business is a very appealing business. It solves a very clear

problem (dehydration, thirst). It also helps to build a relationship with

customers more than other businesses.

Risks of a lemonade stand

1. Safety. Random strangers might come to my stand with bad intentions instead
of buying lemonade.
2. I could be priced by typical Nigerian parents.
3. It will be hard to stay under the sun for an extended period of time.
4. Danger of copying from rivals/ neighbours.

Ways to mitigate

1. Safety. I constantly have a supervisor (most like in the form of my mom) at all
times. I don't have time to get kidnapped.
2. Pricing. Enforce prices. I won't to make as much profit as possible
3. I already have a table umbrella to avoid heatstroke and dehydration which
could lead to death
4. Accuse neighbours of plagiarism and force them to close down their stand.
