TL SERIES HYDRO EXTRACTOR USER MANUAL

Many thanks for your trust and purchasing our TL series hydro extractors,

wish you have happy life. To get the best performance and keep safe,

please read this operation manual carefully before installation and

operating them.

TL series hydro extractors are designed as easy operation and high

quality, 3 phase power supply, effectively reduce power consumption.

Safe Operation Note

Don't change mechanical structure, otherwise easily lead to accidents.

The equipment must have neutral line! Make sure that the direction of

working drum is the same as the arrow indicates, forward.

1. Introduction

TL series hydro extractors are mainly suitable for most kinds of fabric

to match with industrial washing machine. It’s used for drying some small

parts, and separate particles and coarse particle suspension which needs

to take long time to separated.

It's easy to operate, reduce labor intensity, applies to laundries,

chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries of cloth extracting.

The drum of hydro extractor is made of high quality stainless steel,

acid, alkali and durable. With high-speed centrifugation principle, both

high spin speed and dehydration rate is high, and without any damage to

the fabric. The products are sold well because of well-designed,

electricity-saving about 20% than the similar products.

2. Structural features

TL series of hydro extractor adopt the high-speed spin theory, high

spin speed and high dehydration rate, without any damage to the

dehydration object.

As this product adopt suspension damping principles, low shock and

noise. It is well designed to improve product performance, while greatly

simplifying the structure, small footprint, reliable performance, under

normal use conditions, less prone to failure.

This product is equipped with brakes, and can make solid brake.

3. Unpacking and installation

3.1. Unpacking: when unpacking, user should check whether the machine

is damaged. For unforeseen circumstances, should promptly contact the

factory or our offices.

3.2. Installation: this machine should be installed to facilitate drainage,

foundation, flat, dry and ventilated place with power. Connecting the

machine to power should be done by the executive through electrical

machinery and equipment installation specification. Connect to the power,

try to check direction of rotation of the it. Note: machine must be run in

same direction with the "rotation" sign, that is, looking down along

clockwise rotation, grounded reliable.

3.3. The foundation: the concrete foundation depth should be not less

than 400mm, buried three foot screws, the specific size shown in Figure 1.

Note: the installing hole of bottom feet is inside the 3 feet.

4. Use and safe operation

4.1. Connect power and operate. The operation should be directed to meet

the requirements, no abnormal noise, no violent shaking. After it going on

well, turn off the power, intermittent braking, make the rotation of the

dewatering drum brake gradually. Please clean the drum before use.

4.2. The dehydrate will be placed in dehydration drum, attention to place

them evenly.

4.3. Connect the power, dehydration 2-3 minutes (depending on material).

4.4. Turn off the power, intermittent control braking backhand, in order to

rotate dewatering drum brake gradually. Note: Do not suddenly brake

drum, otherwise can extend brake life.

4.5. Filter suspension and dehydration of small parts may be lined with

filter in the basket depending on the case.

4.6. Note：it must be disengaged before dehydration open brake.

4.7. It’s strictly prohibited to add or take drying material in the rotary

dryer, it must be stopped the dryer drum to take drying material!

5. Lubrication and maintenance

5.1. The shell should be kept clean, wipe with a soft cloth test case, if the

conditions allowed, it can often wax protective coating.

5.2. Completion of each use, drain off the water, rinse the drum to prevent

corrosion of hazardous substances and dehydration drum cylinder to

extend the life of the machine.

5.3. When the machine is in use for half year, the components should be

carefully inspected and any damaged parts should be repaired or replaced.

5.4. The bearings should be lubricated regularly. It can be used by

NATRIUM GREASE, and adding the grease with injection gun. The

grease should be strict inspections, shall not contain any other impurities.

bucket cap, then make gun aim
at the central axis nozzle
inject grease into the bearings,
at last close the cap.

5.5. The motor should be kept dry.

5.6. Long time no use, keep the machine dry, and keeping a good and

careful inspection before reuse.

TL Series hydro extractor for one year warranty, purchased standard

parts warranty for six months. Users are welcome to give valuable
