Abstract:
In this survey , a feasibility study is made using rice Husk Ash as an adjunct to cement already rep laced by fly ash (pozzolan
Portland cement) in concrete, and an attempt was made to study the strength parameters concrete (co mpressive and flexural
strength) . To check the concrete mixture is the design method is adopted and given that basis, the design for the replacement
method has been mixed. Five different replacement levels, namely 5 %, 7.5 %, 10% , 12.5 % and 15% are chosen for the study
concerning the replacement method . Wide range of periods fro m 3 days of curing, 7 days, 28 days and 56 days are considered in
this study.
