AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Maria Chrislyn Genorga, 25 years old, single, resident of Zone 2 Gogon Dugcal,
Camaligan Camarines Sur, after having sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
state THAT:

1. I was present and personally saw that accused, Ardon “Don” San Joaquin,
committed the crime of Homicide against the victim Mark James
“Bugoy” Intia;

2. That I was working at the Bob Marlin Bar where the crime was committed.

3. That I was the one who stop the victim from confronting the accused and
requested the former to go back to their table.

4. That I tried to stop them when they were already arguing, but I was unable to do
so due to my fear for my safety.

5. That I saw Ardon “Don” San Joaquin punched the victim when the latter threw an
ashtray that hit the accused in the shoulder. Don stabbed the victim on the right
abdomen using a swiss knife.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the
filing of Criminal Cases against Ardon “Don” San Joaquin for violations of Article 249 (Homicide)
of the Revised Penal Code.
