: Warehouse Manager

 Execution and Processing of Replenishment orders.


 Transaction of warehouse replenishment orders from market, port, and plant to receipt into warehouse.
 Post Goods Receipt (PGR) product into the system in a timely and accurate manners - Ensure all Post
Goods Issues (PGI’s) are completed within a 24hr turnaround time from receipt of information from the
warehouse to ensure invoices to the customer are generated in line with physical dispatch of the goods
from the warehouse.
 Arrange transfer of stock between storage locations (SLOC’s) and continuously review inventory
transactions to ensure stock is accurately reflected in at all times. Inventory Monitoring and Stock
Control
 Daily management of RIO monitors activities to ensure all transactions are processed. Take necessary
steps to complete transactions where an error has occurred or when a transaction has not been processed.
 Liaise with warehouses to authenticate warehouse stock levels against inventory data entries.
 As part of the reconciliation, confirm that stock is accurately reflected in the correct SLOC and that any
variances are corrected and, if necessary, reported back to the warehouse.
 Ensure requests for stock location movements are transacted as determined by in market Supply Demand
team - Prepare monthly reports for book to book reconciliations on variances and stock of hand in Stock
Storage Locations (SLOC’s) - When requested, respond to queries and provide supporting evidence
relating to stock on hand in the warehouses.
 Validation and approval of incoming Vendor invoices in accordance with contracted rate agreements
with the warehouses. Support other teams with Inventory & Warehouse Issues
 Provide support and guidance to CSR’s with queries relating to stock availability, explanation of
appropriate storage locations (SLOC’s) to use when raising orders in conjunction with the market Supply
Demand team. - Assist in the co-ordination of any product returns, ensuring CSR’s raise a Return
Delivery Order for the product, that the correct approvals have been sought and making sure that the
product returned is checked before being booked into a certain stock bucket. (in conjunction with QA
team in market)
 Assist the Supply Demand team with co-coordinating inter-warehouse movements and transact
movements to ensure stock is accurately reflected. Work with other business units to identify
opportunities to add value to inventory deployment within the supply chain.
 Respond and assist in resolving any queries raised by other SKB business units relating to inventory
transactions.
 Issue complaints for non-conforming products receipted at the 3PL warehouses. Process Improvement
and Optimization
 Provide input into the reporting of ‘Deliveries in Full on Time’ (DIFOT) performance for assigned
customers, entering the accurate KPI reason codes. - Report on any PGI’s not processed within 2 days
from Goods Issue date and escalate any reasons preventing PGI to the respective one-up manager. -
Weekly reporting on SBU stock levels to provide visibility for the Supply Chain Manager and SBU
management - Monitor and report on agreed warehouse service level measures monthly
 Develop and maintain sound working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders in the
business and ensure all parties are kept well informed of inventory related issues.
 Participating actively in relevant training sessions and utilize new skills and knowledge to continuously
improve service to customers - build and maintain an excellent grasp of NAVISION technology.
 To maintain safety measures in warehouse and performing duties as per ISO 9001 Work instructions.
