Tender/RFP Summarization

Details of the tender- The tender is issued by POLICE HEADQUARTERS CHHATTISGARH, NAYA RAIPUR,
for the supply of [Riot Drill equipment] Polycarbonate shields.

The Tender involves the supply of 1000 units of shields for which EMD (Earnest money deposit) costs
41000 Rupees. The tender eligibility states that the bidder should have experience in the field of
Equipment supply, service, etc.

Important documents: Following documents should be submitted to the office:

 Envelop No. 1(EMD)- The EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) shall be in form of challan deposited in
any scheduled Bank doing state Govt. transaction in the head “8443-civil 103-security Deposit”.
It should be in the form of DD issued by SBI/Scheduled banks (other than Co-operative bank)
payable at Raipur or should be presented at the time of Tender in the form of challan.

 Envelop No. 2(Technical Bid) - The second envelope should be sealed and named in the format
“ENVELOPE NO. 2- (TECHNICAL BID)”. It should contain the following Enclosures with index and
paging:

A declaration that all conditions contained in the Tender Document are acceptable to the Bidder as per

Annexure-I.
2. A Chartered Accountant must certify the bidder's profile as per Annexure-II.

3. Affidavit/Declaration in accordance with Annexure-III.

4. A declaration that the Bidder Concern has not been barred or placed on a blacklist by any government
or semi-government agency. There are no serious complaints about the quality of services/products
provided by the government entity. as per Annexure-IV, against the quality of service/products provided
by any organization.

5. Certified copies of audited balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and income tax returns. Chartered
Accountant is a professional accounting designation. The previous three years (2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-
18)

6. One set of bid paperwork, each page fully signed as an indication of acceptance of the terms and
conditions.

7. Certificates from previous customers/clients attesting to satisfactory performance (If available)

8. Copy of valid Registration Certificate under GSTN.

9. A copy of a valid GSTN registration certificate and a challan or demand draught for Rs.2000/- towards
the tender document's cost.

10. Product benchmarking report (if any) from a technically reputable organization. (If available).

11. A certificate stating that you are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or that you have been
authorized by the OME.

12. Execution of a power of attorney on stamp paper of sufficient value in favor of the signatory who has
agreed to the offer. It's a good idea to have this power of attorney notarized.

13. Wherever a certificate from a Chartered Accountant has been obtained, the membership number of
the Chartered Accountant must be included. The term "Chartered Accountant" should always be
mentioned.
