Instructions to be Read Carefully

1 Candidates will be permitted to appear only for papers in which they have minimum 75% attendance

2 Candidates should take their seats at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Late
coming to the examination hall should be avoided. No student will be permitted to enter the exam hall 30
minutes after the commencement of exam. No extra time will be provided to compensate for time lost.
3 Candidates are required to bring Halltickets everyday during the examination and preserve it till the completion
of their degree course. In case of losing, duplicate Hallticket may be procured only on payment basis from
Exam cell.
4 Candidates should enter their Hall Ticket Number in the appropriate place, otherwise their answer books will
not be valued.
5 Candidates must take the signature of the invigilator in the hall ticket for every exam against the subject to
ensure their presence for the respective exam.
6 Except Simple Scientific Calculator, no other Electronic Gadget including mobile phone is allowed into the
Examination Hall.
7 If any unwanted matter is brought through the mobile phone, the phone will be confiscated for six months.

8 If a candidate is found involved in any type of malpractice, she must forego examinations for all the papers
printed on the hall tickets.
9 If a candidate is found violating these rules and / or behaving in an undisciplined manner and/or causing
nuisance or disturbance to other candidates, all her examination will be cancelled and she will be expelled from
the Examination Hall.
10 Tampering with hallticket is an offence and serious action will be taken.

11 Malpractice/copying is strictly prohibited during examinations. If any student is found guilty of copying/carrying
unwanted materials/electronic devices, she will be debarred from appearing at the subsequent papers of the
examination and cancellation of all the papers printed on the Hallticket.
12 Candidates are instructed to follow all the COVID PROTOCOLS strictly.
