2 BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Respectful Clients, thank you very much to use the special jacquard system
software of computer jacquard designed by Foshan Chuangda Enterprise Co., Ltd.
Before installing and using the software, please read the manual so as to
understand how to correctly install and use the jacquard software.
The software is easy to operate and is convenient to create and alter patterns,

automatically generating various weaving process diagrams. Currently, it has
integrated functions of most popular jacquard software.
3 REQUIREMENTS OF SOFTWARE OPERATION

Operating System: Windows XP/ Win7/Win8
Intel Pentium 2G Hz or AMD Anthon 2G Hz above.
2GB or above 2GB of Memory (4GB is recommended)
256MB or above hard-disk space for the installation of
software
Display: more than 17 inch (the resolution ratio is recommended to be
1280X800, or above)
The company shall have USB interface.

4 INTERFACE STYLE
The Jacquard software is the graphic operation software developed on Microsoft Windows
Operating System. It consists of pull-down menu, pop-up menu, tool bar menu, drawing area,
instruction column, etc. The interface is visual and operation is easy, as showed in the
following Figure4-1.

5 MAIN FUNCTIONAL MODULE

5.1 Software Installation
Firstly, download installation package from http://www.fscd.cn/. Use WinRar unzip selected
installation package, then you can get a “*.exe” installation files. Operator “setup.exe”, as
showed in Figure 5-1. Click next until the installation is finished.

If during the installation process appears as showed in Figure 5-2, you may need to
download the .Net environment.( Instal file name is "dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64. Exe", as
showed in Figure 5-3)

5.2 Drawing Design
5.2.1 Create a new file
Click the icon , according to the Figure 5-4 prompted to create a new drawing area.

5.2.2 Open Bitmap\CCMD File

This software can save the file into CCMD project file with the CMD file. CMD file is can
be directly used in the company's computer system.
Click the icon , can choose to open the BMP plan or CCMD File.
5.2.3 Open WAC File

Click "file" on the menu bar,and then click “ImportWACBmp” ,can open a WAC file.

6 TOOL BAR ICONS

6.1 Drawing Tool
Region Selection
Move the cursor to the starting point of a selected area, click the left button of the mouse
and do not release the button, then move the cursor to the end point of the selected area and
8 release the button. Set selected area to compile (copy, paste, cut, etc.). As the Figure 6-1,
when you drag the frame, you can see the cursor location and selected area. If you use the
right button, you can get the same effect.

Color Picking
The function is used to pick a certain color in the Figure to set foreground color or
background color. As showed in Figure 6-2, firstly click the foreground color or background
color in the right setting box.

Eraser
Use left button to click an icon and keep the left button to eliminate the corresponding part.
Attention: The eliminated color is background color.
Pencil Tool
Click mouse and use the current color to freely draw a point or curve. If click for one time,
it is one pixel. If keep pressing the left button and move the mouse, you can draw a
continuous line segment. Release the left button after reaching target location.
Straight Line Tool

Move cursor to start point. Click left button to move cursor to end point, then release left
button to finish drawing. The color of the straight line is forefront color. If you intend to
cancel the operation, press “Ctrl+Z” to cancel the drawing. If click right button to conduct
similar operation, you can also draw a straight line, and the color is the background color.
Curve Drawing
The drawing of the curve consists of three steps:
First step: keep pressing the left button and move the cursor to the destination point. At the
moment, a straight line in the area will appear, as showed in Figure 6-3.

Second step: at the same time, click the left button of the mouse and move the curve to a
target location, as showed in Figure 6-4.

Third step: click on the left button of mouse and move the curve to another target location,
and the result is shown in Figure 6-5. The color of curve is forefront color.

Utilize right button to conduct similar operation, then you can also get the corresponding
curve. The curve color is background color.

Hollow Rectangle
Press the left button of the mouse to define a vertex of a rectangle. Move cursor along
the direction of expected diagonal line and release the mouse to finish
rectangle. The rectangle color is forefront color. If utilize right button to conduct the same
operation, you can also draw a rectangle. The rectangle color is background color.
11 Solid Rectangle
Press the left button of the mouse to define a vertex of a rectangle. Move the cursor
along the direction of expected diagonal line. Release the mouse to
finish a solid rectangle. The color of rectangle frame is forefront
color and the color inside the frame is background color. If use right button to
conduct similar operation, you can also draw a solid rectangle. The color
is opposite to the color drawn by left button (the frame color and inside color
exchange)
Hollow Rectangle with Rounded Corners

Press left button of mouse to define a vertex rectangle with rounded corners. Move the
cursor along the direction of expected diagonal line. Release the mouse to finish rectangle
with rounded corners. The color of the rectangle with rounded corners is forefront color. If
use right button to conduct similar operation, you can also draw a rectangle with rounded
corners. The color of rectangle with rounded corners is background color.
Solid Rectangle with Rounded Corners

Press the left button of the mouse to define a vortex of a solid rectangle with rounded
corners. Move the cursor along the direction of expected diagonal line. Release the mouse
to finish a solid rectangle with rounded corners. The frame color of the rectangle is
forefront color and inside color is background color. If use right button to
conduct similar operation, you may also draw a solid rectangle with rounded corners, and
the color is opposite to the color drawn by the left button.
Hollow Ellipse
Press the left button of the mouse to define a vertex of the ellipse. Move the cursor along

the direction of expected diagonal line. Release the mouse to finish ellipse. The ellipse
color is forefront color. If use right button, you may also draw an ellipse, and the
ellipse color is background color.
Solid Rectangle
Press the left button of the mouse to define a vertex of an ellipse. Move the cursor along the
direction of expected diagonal line. Release the mouse to finish a solid ellipse. The frame
12 color of the ellipse is forefront color and inside color is background color. If use right
button to conduct similar operation, you can also draw a solid rectangle, and the color is
opposite to the color drawn by the left button.
Hollow Rhombus
Press left button of mouse to define a vortex of rhombus. Move the cursor along the
direction of expected diagonal line. Release the mouse to finish rhombus. The rhombus
color is forefront color. If use right button to conduct the same operation, you can also draw
a rhombus. The rhombus color is background color.
Solid Rhombus.
Press left button of mouse to define a vortex of rhombus. Move the
cursor along the direction of expected diagonal line. Release the mouse to finish a solid
rhombus. The rhombus frame color is forefront color and inside color is background
color. If use right button to conduct the same operation, you can also
draw a solid rhombus. The rhombus color is opposite to the color drawn by the
left button.
Filling in color.
Specify background color. Seal color area to fill in color.
Note:If the side boundary of the object is not continuous, the filling-in color will spread to
other drawing area. Find out the breaking point and seal it up.

Text Tool
After selecting text input, click left button to select the location where to type in text, then
the system will automatically switch to the text input box. Click “font functions” to set the
standard font and font line.
Color Switching
13 Set forefront color. Click color switching. Select the desired color in drawing area. Figure
6-6 will show.

Click on the corresponding function can be selected color replacement into foreground color
or background . (left mouse button click on the drawing area ----- replaced with the
foreground color, click the right mouse button color ---- replace the background color)
Color change in addition to draw in the whole area, also can undertake areas of color
transformation.You can choose the “Region Selection” to select the region (as Figure
6-7),and then use the “Color Switching” to change the color.

Magnifying glass
Graphic zooming in or zooming out. After clicking the icon, click left button in certain area
of the icon (use cursor as center). For each click of the left button, the picture will zoom in
by 100%, until the final ratio is 50:1. For each click of the right button, the picture will
shrink by 50%, until the final rate is 0.1: 1.
Note: mouse wheel may also be used for zooming in and zooming out.
Pattern Copy
After moving the cursor to the start point of a picture, keep pressing the left button, move
the cursor to the end point, then release the left button. Set selected an area. After selecting
area, move the cursor in a selected area, then the cursor will become shape. Press the
left button of the mouse to set the area to specify area, then release the left button. Figure
6-8 will show.

1.Copy All ----- All the selected area of graphics, copied to the target area, as showed in
Figure 6-10;
2.Copy the source image area with a jacquard part ---- The color which is not black of the
select area will be copied to target area, as shown in Figure 6-11;
3.Copied to the target area without jacquard part ---- Copy the source image to the black
part of the target area, as showed in Figure 6-12.
NOTE: “Jacquard part” means the part which color is not black in the bitmap.

The basic function of " Copy pattern change " and " Pattern Copy " is the same. However,
this feature can be arbitrarily set the size of the paste area, using this feature is divided into

Move the cursor to the starting point of the Figure. Keep pressing the left button of mouse.

Move the mouse to the end point of the Figure, then release the left button. Set selected an
area. After selecting area, move the cursor to select area, and the cursor will become . Press
the left button to move the area to specify place. Release the left button . Figure 6-20
will show. Type in angle and click “confirm”. The effect is shown in Figure 6-21.

In the drawing area using the item, hold down the left mouse button, move the mouse,

6.2 Icons in Normal Tool Bar
New
23 The new filename is “new establishment”. You may name the pattern and set the size. When
set the size, you may select the dimension provided by system or specify the size according
to requirements.
If you intend to change the background color of the pattern, type in 0-9 in the edit box of the
initial box and select the desired color. The effect is shown in Figure 6-22.

The software support bitmaps of various formats, which are easy to alter. And also support
“.ccmd” format project files.

Save
Save current file or project.
Undo\ Redo
Undo
24 Cancel the operation of the current Figure. Click on one time, the system cancel one step.
The default is 4 times.
Redo
Recover the cancelled operation. Click on one time, then recover one step. The recovery
times are the same with cancellation times.
Sliver Knitting
This function is mainly used for "1 by 1" of the original image.
A\B\C\D means the different color of yarns.
“S”---- This is effective, when the colors appear in the odd columns.
“D” ---- This is effective, when the colors appear in the even columns.

Use some functions to adjust the patterns of any sizes and restore the patterns.

After selecting an area, the icon is activated and bright. Click the icon and clip it. Figure size

Bitmap color conversion

Double click on the " Replacement" list box to keep the original color; you can choose to
replace the original color in the " Replace color selection " list box. What you need to do is
to click on a " Replacement" list box, and then double-click the color of the " Replace color
selection " list box.

6.3 Setting Box
The setting box includes line style, forefront color, background color, and color palette.
Line style: during drawing, you can select the thickness of line, which includes four levels:
1-4 pixels. The style of line includes dot dash line, imaginary line, etc.
Forefront color/background color: the two colors decide the line color of drawing and
filling-in color of a closed Figure.
Palette: Includes 10 primary colors. When loading a new Figure, the new color automatically
36 and orderly add into the palette back according to color amount, as showed in Figure 6-42.

7 MENU BAR
7.1 File
Including new establishment, open, close, save, import, print, etc., as showed in the
following Figure.
The new establishment, open, saves functions are the same with the conventional tool bar.

Import CMD format function, which can open Chuangda‟s exclusive document format,
including exploded view. Import WAC format, which can open WAC format pattern. WAC
products are applicable to the machine.

7.2 Regional Edit

Insert/Delete Row or Column ---- can increase, reduce the number of rows or columns of a
bitmap;
Paste New File ---- you can paste the contents of the clipboard into a new file;
Copy New Window---- you can copy the selected area or the contents of the clipboard into a
new file;
Paste From----you can paste another bitmap into this file.
7.3 View
The view function bar can show/conceal tool bar, status bar, tool kit, and setting box. You

can also switch the length units of picture, including pixel, inch, and mm.

7.4 Color Processing
The menu is applicable to reduce colors of the bit map. The pop-up window is shown as
follows:
The bitmap includes three colors. In order to change it into two colors, conduct the following
