  Our restaurant strives to become our customers’ favorite place to eat. At M&M YUMMY PIZZA, we
create good memories by serving original-style deep-dish pizza using a recipe that has been passed
down over generations. Our restaurant provides an authentic dining experience that is unique to the
area. We provide support for our employees and encourage them to make their own decisions. We
always source ingredients from sustainable, local suppliers.
BUSINESS MODEL
M&M YUMMY PIZZA will implement an effective marketing and advertising campaign, consisting of
direct mailings, community and event sponsorships, and coupons. Sales are expected to double during
the tourist season, at which time a complete staff consisting of cooks, drivers, and wait staff will be
hired.

M&M YUMMY PIZZA provides premium pizza with fast, free delivery to Masbate City area. M&M
YUMMY PIZZA in making superior pizzas, with proven recipes that have successfully launched
pizzerias in other parts of the country. The restaurant combines hand-tossed dough, along with a
secret sauce, that entices customers to return. Menu items are priced marginally higher than pizzerias
in other towns, as the primary customers are tourists, who expect to spend more while on vacation.
This allows for free delivery, as well as additional menu options, such as whole-wheat dough.
M&M YUMMY PIZZA offers a wide menu selection to appeal to many different customer preferences.
As more people are beginning to eat healthy, whole-wheat options are available for pizza crusts and
breadsticks. Additionally, M&M YUMMY PIZZA is the only restaurant that provides vegan options to

As there is limited competition, M&M YUMMY PIZZA will have a first mover advantage in offering
quality pizzas for fast, free delivery. Once established, it will be difficult for another pizzeria to enter
the market, as Masbate City is not large enough to support three pizza restaurants year-round.
Additionally, M&M YUMMY PIZZA has lower fixed costs through negotiations on a long-term building
lease. The pizzeria also offers a wider variety of menu items, including whole wheat crust options,
which the competition does not offer. The tourists mainly consist of vacationers with disposable income
that are willing to spend more for a quality pizza. The target market is experiencing growth annually
in both full-time population and tourist visits. Additionally, a new market segment has begun to
appear with people beginning to look for healthier dining alternatives. M&M YUMMY PIZZA’s
exclusive whole-wheat crust option targets this new market segment.

SIZE OF THE BUSINESS

months. It is estimated that 90% of the population eat pizza, with 40% eating pizza at least two times
per month.
PERSONNEL REQUIREMENT
We are looking for a skilled pizza maker to prepare high-quality pizzas according to customers’ orders.
The pizza maker’s responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating, or slicing various
ingredients, and removing pizza debris from the pizza ovens. You should also be able to maintain clean
work station at all times.

To be successful as a pizza maker, you should ensure that kitchen safety protocol is properly followed.
Ultimately, a top-notch pizza maker should be able to train and mentor kitchen staff.
