NOTICE OF HEARING

TAKE NOTICE that this case is set for a change of plea hearing on

WEDNESDAY, MAY 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable Timothy J.

Corrigan, United States District Judge, in the United States Courthouse,

Courtroom 10D, Tenth Floor, 300 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida.

While masks are not required to enter the courthouse, they are required

to be worn in the courtroom for this proceeding. All persons entering the

courthouse must present photo identification to Court Security Officers.

Although cell phones, laptop computers, and similar electronic devices

generally are not permitted in the building, attorneys may bring those items

with them to the extent permitted by Local Rule 7.02. Ms. Brown is also

permitted to bring her cell phone.

Additionally, in accordance with Local Rule 7.02(a)(2), members of the

media are permitted to bring electronic devices into the courthouse for the

purpose of attending this hearing. Any member of the media entering the

courthouse with electronic devices must present Court Security Officers with

media credentials and a copy of this order. Live transmission of any kind from

the courtroom is prohibited. The prohibition includes, but is not limited to,

texting, emailing, tweeting, blogging, and messaging or posting via social

media. In addition, no audio or video recording is allowed in the courthouse at

any time.
