confident her instructional strategies. She has a great “roll with it” attitude that helps her learn to adjust as she is working with students. Remember as you begin and
end lessons to introduce the learning objectives to the students and revisit that throughout the lesson.

working well with everyone, is clearly dedicated, and reflective in her teaching practices. As the time progresses, she will be able to seek a more active role in her
learning. This will include visiting other classrooms, attending professional in services, subscribing to educational websites, organizations etc.
