in them to
pound them out.

At 2600 hrs pins are rusted

3G2582 can be cut down so rod
will accept 2-9D6584 seals

16M Front Frame SIS has
1-277-5435 fiber bearing
2-9D6584 seals
4-1K7081 washers
PINS with seals and washers can be
removed easier than those without

Our Recommendations are as follows for both 14M and 16M


machines
 Seals and washers need to be installed on all four pin
joints to keep dirt out of the fiber bearings
 Anti-seize applied to pins at installation to reduce rust
and pin seizure to frame for easier removal and reuse of
pins
14M will already accept the
5P1843 seals in the cylinder eye
just need to add them and install
257-6806 washers both sides.

16M just cut down 3G2582 bearing or


find shorter bearing to allow rod eye to
accept 2-9D6584 seals and make sure
1K7080 washers are on both sides.
