1. Cause or Effect Essay

Cause:
1. During their teenage, many people have to cope with a multitude of unique
complications, encounters and situations that can cause or lead to symptoms of stress.
Some level of stress can help teens feel motivated and take better actions. On the other
hand, poorly managed or high level of stress can easily lead to serious issues, such as
nervousness, social withdrawal, aggression, or lasting fear. These symptoms can severely
disturb the personality of a teenager at an early stage of their practical life. It is important
for parents and society to learn about the common factors that may bring stress in the
lives of teenagers.

Question: What, in your views, are the main causes of stress among teenagers in today’s
life?
