THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2022/2023

Introduction
Patongo Community Church Child and Youth Development Centre is a community
based Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in August 2021 under Patongo
Community Church Patongo leadership and Regional Umbrella leadership of
Community Churches of Uganda. The organization is fully registered community
based organization with the Local government of Agago district to conduct and
implement her activities in the district of Agago as community based initiative.

The organization was established to address some effects and the suffering from the
brutal war between the Uganda government and the Load Resistance Army (LRA) that
has left many orphans and vulnerable children with no hopes, widows, trauma
challenges and spiritual lack in Patongo town council. The brutal conflict also led to
limited access to health care and high prevalence in HIV/AIDS disease among the
general population in the area with also limited capacity of the care givers to send
orphans and other vulnerable children (OVC) to attend and access formal education.
The vision of the organization is: “Renewed community where children are aligned
physically protected cared for and loved”. While the mission is: „‟To contribute
uniquely toward child holistic developments in the community” And the core
values are: “Integrity, Discernment, Dignity, Stewardships, Excellence,
Commitment, Servant hood, Transparency and Accountability”

With funding and support from Compassion International Uganda, the child ministry
organization is seeking to pre-qualify workers/ service providers to ease her ways of
implementation of various activities in this financial year 2022/2023.
The entity therefore invites Applications/sealed bids from eligible interested
person/firm/enterprise from northern Uganda for the pre-qualification of
workers/service providers for provision of various positions/items as listed below.

NB: a). The pre-qualification application form is in English and may be purchased by
interested bidders /firms upon the submission of deposit slip from the bank after
paying for the application form into the organization account at DFCU Pader Branch`
then an application form for the pre-qualification can be picked from the address
indicated in the section below.
b). The cost of the application form is at non-refundable fee of 50,000/= (fifty
thousand shilling only)
c). The method of payment will be through the bank on the account of the project;
ACC/NO: 01401119545506 DFCU Pader Branch (PATONGO COMMUNITY
CHURCH CHILD AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT CENTER) and a receipt for payment
obtained from the bank brought in the office of Patongo Community Church Child and
Youth Development Centre thereby an application form shall be given to the interested
firms/ enterprise for filling and submission in single booklet submitted to the office of
the organization.
d). The document shall be personally delivered and no liability shall be accepted for
loss or late delivery of the application.
e). The closing date for bid submission shall be on 31st May 2022 at 5:00PM

NB. Late submission shall be rejected.

f). Deposit slip for the application should be attached to the bids application including
all the credentials of the firm/enterprise.
g). The interested person shall attach all the relevant business/companies credentials
or required documents detailing the authenticity of the enterprise/company showing
its operationalization in existence in providing services and goods to the public.
