Subject: Legal notice for deficient service and committing an act of unfair trade practice. 

Sir, I do hereby serve you with the following legal notice:

That undersigned is a consumer as I had made a contract for the purchase of land from you, by
paying an amount of Rs 3,40,000 as advance. 

That said the land that was promised to me by your company as part of your consideration has not
been received by me even after the passing of 5 years of the agreement. 

That, I had repeatedly contacted you regarding my grievance but all efforts went into vain. It is
further submitted that the above said act on your part has caused me great loss and damage
besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.

In such facts and circumstances, as stated hereinabove in the present legal notice, I hereby call
upon you the addressee, to refund the amount paid by me for the purchase of land immediately
within a period of 15 days from the receipt of this notice, failing which, I shall be constrained to
take shelter of the court of law at your cost, damages, compensation, and consequences,
accordingly.
