Wonder template

Erase sections that don't apply, and if two types of data go in the same spot, list
them together (IE, the range of a katastrofic damage inference and an epikrato
control one both are lumped together.)

If an inference does a damaging effect (mostly katastrofi), a healing effect

(exilexi), or an effect ANALAGOUS TO damage (such as how a teleporter needs to be
able to 'kill' a target with damage in order to send it to the moon, or inferences
such as attribute breakers), list the damage and damage type under
Damage/Pseudodamage/Healing. For automata, list the actual type of damage their
bare fist attacks do, assuming they have them.

Effects/Capabilities is effectively just a section for you to give a basic rundown

on exactly what the wonder actually *does*, seperate from the more specified
sections for specific mechanical data. Does your wonder only turn martians into
penguins while using a combined effect with an exilexi inference to turn them into
*super* penguins? List the inferences and such in the appropriate section, but then
actually describe what the end result of all that is actually supposed to *do*, in
somewhat plain terms. If an inference provides a mechanical bonus, then list the
actual bonus, like for metaptropi transformations, list the actual effects, and for
combined/chained effects, this is a good place to just list out what the effect is
meant to look like in practice.
