)Describe an example of your leadership experience in which

you have positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes or
contributed to group efforts over time.
Over the years a time where I had a role in leadership which I may influence others was

during my service working in children's bible studies during church. On Sundays,

children get sent to another building to talk about something in the Bible, mind you this

happened in Saint Patrick Church in 2019. I helped read a certain amount of readings

from the bible to younger children and help them prepare their little activity that has to

do with what we read from the bible. With skills that I picked up from helping in a

daycare, I was able to communicate fairly easily with children who were lost in the

process or needed help. Even if a child or teen doesn't ask for help I know when they

struggle or are too shy to ask because I was in their shoes being too shy to ask for any

help. When I see this I tend to start a conversation with them about today's bible study

session and slowly communicate with them in order to help them out. This process of

helping someone occurs both in writing and on hands-on projects that we do depend on

the day or occasion. Through hands-on activities do get a little messy, for one project I

did with the kid's involved glue and I tell you it was messy at first but the children got

comfortable enough to ask for help making things easy, and from that day forward till

the end of 2019 I always arrived on time to teach or read in children's bible studies.

Nothing beats the satisfaction of being given a compliment on what you do from

children.
