    GENUS ENERGY METER TIME DRIFT CORRECTION

    1. Before Starting the Genus software , Laptop Time should be sync to GPS time
    (Laptop time will be taken as a reference for RTC time correction)

    1. Open the Genus Software


    a. UserID :101
    b. Password : 101

    2.After opening software click AMR icon


    3.Connected Optical USB Data port to Genus Meter and Laptop

    4. Select the Connected COMPort no and click read meter (After connecting optical USB , comport can be
    checked in device manager (devmgmt.msc))

    5. Select Utility Setting from Access Level Drop out box


    6. Enter the Auth.password, the password is:

    7. Tick mark the configuration Meter box

    8. Tick the Set RTC Box

    9. Press START icon

    Genus Meter Time will be sync to Laptop time and “Successful RTC completed” Pop up Box appears.
