Part 2. Availability of Preliminary Injunction

Issuance Without Bond

27-19-204. Issuance without bond. The injunction provided for in 27-19-202 shall issue without bond, upon
the application of the county attorney of the county in which the action is pending or upon the application of the
attorney general in the name of the state of Montana, upon a prima facie showing that an action described in 27-
19-202 has been instituted and is pending.
