Custodio Castro Elementary School Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and the Board of Directors pledge
to commit ourselves with utmost sincerity and to uphold the spirit of caramaderie and cooperation.

Guided by the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the Department of Education, We assure to support
with sincere collaborative cooperation with Custodio Castro Elementary School as an Implementor of
Expanded Limited Face-to-Face Classes amidst this COVID 19 Pandemic. We will support with the school’s
related programs and initiatives by providing its needs in order to promote the welfare and the well-being of
the learners, the teachers, the school, and the community as a whole.

We solemly swear to dedicate ourselves to work and to be cooperative for all our members to be
