C. What are the issues/challenges encountered?
1. Poor internet connectivity at the school’s area.
2. Theres no excess copy of SLMs because all parents we’re able to receive it.

D. What possible interventions/technical assistance provided to the teachers?


1. Learning modules were facilitated by the elementary teachers
2. The school has provided supplementary materials for modular learning.
3. Important notices were disseminated through phone calls and text messaging
4. Teachers are well-oriented in delivering modules.
5. Printing of modules were done by the teachers’ residences during and weekends
6. School’s electronic devices such as laptops and printers were allowed to be used by the teachers
at home while strictly following the guidelines in using school’s property.
