1) Aarti Industries LTD (Vapi):

It is an ISO 90001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Certified Large Continuous Process chemical Plant with Advance
Control System. DCNB as my experience. The Organization has Its Other Production Units in the Industrial
Belts of Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Work Profile & Responsibilities:

a) Production.
● SAP notification generation for work permit.
● Maintain all documentation like OEE,MOC raise,PSSR request, BE-SAFE related documents and all
Aarti Management Systems documents.
● Coordination with people at site, Team Work.
● Troubleshooting in process as when required to maintain productivity and quality.
● To reduce inventory planning and scheduling of raw material and finished goods.
● Complying with preventive maintenance schedule to meet production target.
● Maintain Daily/Monthly Material balance or raw material, finish goods and inventory generated in plant
process.
● To control Plant operations & Process.
● To ensure timely reporting to HOD / GM
● To carry out Maintenance & Project execution activities in the plant.
● Maintain daily Production record, Like Charging, Quality, Yield.
● Root cause analysis of product quality deviation. Involved in process plant modification and installation.
● Effective & safe Usage of Manpower, raw materials, utilities & equipment.
● Production & raw material planning as per dispatch Schedule.
 ● Monitoring day to day production activity of all plants in a shift.
● Managing shift jobs independently including planning, execution and documentation.
● Responsible for compilation of day to day job planning on time by assigning work to the mechanical
department.
