are created by employing advanced technology in an INTEGRATED STEEL PLANT. Billets are further used in the
production of the Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) Bars. Hence, self-manufactured raw materials contribute to
economical production and are is advantageous for the end user
We are manufacturing Pipes, Tubes and Hollow sections for different end use in transportation of water, air and gas,
Mechanical, Structural applications and General Engineering purposes under the Bureau of India Standards for IS
4923, IS 1161 and IS 1239, IS 3601. JYOTI HRC-100 PIPES & TUBES are produced WITH HOT ROLLED COILS
of world class suppliers, thereby offering much superior quality as compared to ordinary Pipes & Tubes.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Resourcing:
 Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of
manpower requirement.
 Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional and operational
areas and conducting selection interviews.
 Overseeing reduction of absenteeism/down time, employee turnover, visual management updating the entire
spectrum of the company, plant visit of customers.
 Supervising staffing, recruitment, induction program, contract negotiations, discipline, policy & procedures.

Performance Appraisal:
 Formulation of increment, incentive promotion and other remuneration policies.
 Managing appraisal process across the levels for all plants.

Training & Development:


 Identifying training needs of employees through competency profiling by identifying person and position
gap.
 Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for better productivity, building capability
and Quality enhancement.
 Overseeing training programme of executives and operators.

Salary Administration:
 Negotiating Salary and reinforcing teamwork; managing the payroll functions of, Officers, Staff and
Workers.
 Involved in handling promotions, up gradations, transfers, and annual revisions.
 Cost analysis of different projects and activities in HR/admin & related deptt.
 Preparation and finalization of departmental budget and monthly tracking of budget.

Industrial Relations
 Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial relations.
 Discipline employees - Preparing of show cause notice, Charge sheet & dismissal letter.
 Ensure more and more involvement with blue collars through meeting and one to one session.
 To train line managers on handling employee grievances and facilitate resolution of disputes with a view to
ensure industrial peace and harmony.
Facilities Management:
 Handling complete facilities & infrastructure line set up, liasoning with contractors for the same;
coordinating in managing officer’s unit canteens.
 Managing the Transport and Security Management; arranging General Meetings and review Meetings.
