WHEN At about 10:00 am, February 10, 2022

WHAT A shooting incident transpired

WHERE In Sitio Sarrat, Barangay Ablan, Burgos, Ilocos Norte

Wherein the victim was identified as one - Robert John Mamuad y Castro, 25 years old, single, student while the suspects where identified
WHO by Julius Vidad y Castaneda as Joshua Marcos y Corpuz and Peter Beltran y Corpuz, both 26 years old and single, construction workers
and are all residents of said place.

Investigation disclosed that the victim and suspects were driving along the road in Ablan, Burgos, Ilocos Norte on same direction when the
victim slightly bumped the back of their motorcycle accidentally, he approached the suspects and apologized, thereafter he left while the
HOW dismayed suspects stopped on the side of the road for several minutes, later on they continued travelling, while on their way they saw the
victim parked on the side of the road, they approached him from behind while the victim was busy with his cellphone, later the back ride
instantly fired a gun with yet to be determined caliber of firearm. The victim sustained multiple gun shot wounds to his back and head which
caused his sudden death (DOS)

WHY It is believed that the motive of the incident was due to road rage

OTHERS The suspects quickly fled the area of incident with the firearm used and are now subject of manhunt operation
