Instructions
• Sizes of the figures are at your own discretion
• Apply the alphabet of lines & ink the figures
based on the character of the lines of the
top, front, right side views, isometric &
oblique.
• Limit your dimensions to X,Y, Z units only.
• Retain the construction lines or do not erase
the pencil sketches totally
• Height of letters = 0.5 cm including that of
the title block
• Use 0.2 pen for all letterings

Prepared by: Marifa Torralba,PhD

INKING
• 0,8TP for all visible/solid lines, and the
boundaries of the lateral and radial
development (as shown in the sample)
• 0.2TP for all center lines, hidden lines,
dimensions and caption, and lateral edges
of the lateral development (as shown in the
sample)
• PENCIL ONLY FOR ALL GUIDELINES AND
PROJECTION LINES

FRONT VIEW
1. Draw aux. of right section at any angle
2. Project edges to draw the front view & project its vertices
3. With X as reference, measure depths of
r.sec, ba, ms, to draw upper base & lower base, then join the bases
4. measure perimeter of the right sec. on stretch out line
5. draw lateral edges & measure lengths of the right
section in the front view to the upper base
6. measure lengths of the lateral edges
7. Attach the upper & lower edges to any bounding
edges m
