PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

THIS TEMPORARY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT has been made this 1st day of
JANUARY 2022, between and Dawns of crypto

RECITAL

Dawns of crypto desire to enter into this agreement to provide for each party’s responsibilities with
respect to the services described below.

1) Dawns of crypto is engaged in crypto currency development.

2) Shillers has been engaged and has a great deal of experience in the above-specialized field.
3) Shillers have agreed the collaboration within the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in
this agreement.

AGREEMENTS

In consideration of the matters described above, and of the mutual benefits and obligations set
forth in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

1) Employee's duties
a) The Dawns of Crypto Shillers / Voters will provide specific marketing executions on
Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, and Telegram pages.
b) Dawns of Crypto Shillers / Voters will share and repost all required ads specified by Dawns
of Crypto marketing team.
c) Dawns of Crypto Shillers / Voters are required to shill daily on all social media platforms
provided.
d) The Dawns of Crypto Shillers / Voters will be assigned to shill 7hrs per/day Monday-Friday.
Saturday work will be scheduled for 2.5hrs.
e) All Dawns of Crypto Shillers / Voters will be required to like, comment, and share on our
social media platforms as specified by the Dawns of Crypto marketing team.

2) Compensation terms
a) Dawns of crypto Shillers / Voters shall accept payment for the services rendered under this
agreement at a compensation rate of 0.1 BNB weekly sent directly to the Shillers / Voters via
Metamask wallet. Price subject to increase based on volumes of partnership.
b) Shillers / Voters are paid on Friday of every week.
c) Bonuses of 0.1 BNB will be issued every two weeks. Bonuses will be paid to Shillers / Voters
that report to work each day and completes the required tasks. Note: Missing a day of work
disqualifies Shillers / Voters from the bi-weekly bonus.
d) Weekly pay rate subject to increase for Shillers / Voters that have stayed with our company
for over 45 days and have not missed any days of work. Weekly rate will increase to 0.2 BNB
per week.
e) Compensation will be 0.1 BNB per week.
 RELATIONSHIP
Dawns of crypto. Both parties are in understanding this Promotional Contract does not serve in any
way as an entry into employment between Dawns of crypto and insert name. Insert name shall
remain independent from Dawns of crypto.

DISPUTE
This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of
Texas. The Client Insert name and insert name each submit to the authority of the courts of the
State of Texas for the enforcement of the Agreement or any arbitration award or decision from this
Agreement.

CONVENANT OF GOOD FAITH AND FAIR DEALING

The Dawns of crypto and contractor insert name agree to perform their obligations under this
Agreement, in all respects, in good faith. Time is of the essence in this Agreement. This Agreement
may be executed in counterpart. Facsimile signatures are binding and are original signatures. No
part of this agreement may consist of acts in violation of any local laws, codes, statues, ordinances,
regulations, rules, or any other requirements including building and fire regulations.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement between Dawns of crypto and insert name shall for all considerations be the entire
agreement between the Parties. This contract shall supersede all written and verbal agreements
that have taken place prior to the listed contract date.

AMENDMENT
All modifications or amendments to this contract shall be submitted in written form to the parties
and will require both parties’ signatures prior to the changes taking place.

ACCEPTANCE
By signing below both Dawns of crypto and insert name agree to all terms and conditions included in
this contract. Furthermore, the parties acknowledge the receipt and understanding of this
performance contract.
