Working for U.S Healthcare system. My role in Cognizant entitled me to analyze the patient's
data whether they can be given healthcare benefits. Interacting with physicians, Insurance
adjustors and TPAs with reference to Revenue Cycle Management.
As an active associate in making outbound calls to communicate for authorization, specialist
referrals, patient's eligibility verification and insurance benefits, working on inbound calls is the
other side of the coined skills which comprises - Claims Data Analysis, Denial Analyzing and error
Clearance along with requesting EOB's and cancelled cheque copies from TPAs.
Assigning and consolidating of production on daily basis along with handling different types of
daily and month business reports using excel.
Periodic communication with client in sorting out process related queries and accumulating
process updates.
Expertise in analyzing huge data of patient medical records and draw conclusions whether the
patient is meeting criteria.
Evaluating the working hours of the team using excel is an additional responsibility given by the
leads out of my commitment during Covid-19.
