• It is a web based application, based on a particular college(chintech).
• Deals with the system complaints and asset management
• Helpful for the system administrators because it will reduce work .
• Useful for students as well as faculties.

EXISTING SYSTEM
• Currently there is no web application available for the effective
communication of student with lab admin.
• when there is any problems on the lap the student cannot get the up to
date information who is operating this , what are the problems involving,
etc.
DISADVANTAGES:

• Huge work load.

• Time consuming .
• Less user interaction.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
• Application form for token management are available in this site so
because of this we can save time.
• This system is up to date students can ask any hardware or software
related problem and admin will reply all problem if he didn’t know
the solution they will contact to service center and then finally send
the reply from center to student.
• Provides information about the lab components.

❑Design and Implementation of an Institution Web-Based Student

Complaint Management System

• The objective of this work is to design and implementation a Web-

based Student Complaint Management System.
• It is no gain saying that many students face a lot of challenges in
institution due to the fact that complaint registration is difficult. In
the case the complaint registration is not difficult responses to
complaints tend to be quite slow. However, we considered building a
system that will allow students make complaints in a much easier
manner, and also keep accurate track of complaints made.
Online computer lab management system

• Lab management system consist of list of programs about the

management of the details of the students.
• it is platform independent web based project. The project has two
module namely- Student and Admin which has facility of Lab
programs Management, login Management.
• The staff and student can manage and do their activities in easy
manner. The Administrator and all the others can communicate
with the system through this project. Thus facilitating effective
implementation and monitoring of various activities of the student
and staffs.
SUMMARY OF SURVEY
• I have reviewed various approaches for complaint management
system and asset management system.
• But there is no web application which can perform the combination
of both complaint management and asset management .
