Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the work and looking the Laboratory and field tests during the construction of all material.
Supervision of all types’ construction works including the Earthwork, Sub-Grade, Sub Base, Road
Base,
Aggregate Base Course (F.D.T as per Sand cone and Nuclear Method, GRADATION, PROCTOR,
CBR, ETC), Bitumen Base & Wearing Course and Super pave asphalt (Mix design),Prime Coat, Tack
Coat, Asphalt, Irish crossing, cut of-walls, mortar rip, gabion, pavement Bridges, Box culvert, Pipe
culvert etc. checking Mix Design concrete and quality test of aggregate and slump, temperature and
Cylinders and Cube test, delivery time, kind of mix and if concrete is poured within allotted time.
Checking expansion joints, filling material, grout in pipe culverts.
Carried out Tested, Concrete asphalt, FDT, Base Course and Wet Mix Concrete test, asphalt all test,
earth work and base course test, sand equivalent. Make concrete mix design and asphalt mix design.
Reporting to the Resident Engineer / Civil & Structure Engineer.
Supervise for various construction works for Infrastructure work & civil activities Roads, sewage
pipeline, storm water, Portable water, etc. ensure that all necessary tests for soil, aggregates, concrete,
asphalt and field density tests are done and quality control are always observed. Precast yard
inspections test for Concrete works preparing precast manhole & chamber, roads gullies etc. Preparing
daily activities, weekly & monthly Progress report. Supervision of Geotechnical Investigation Studies.
Supervision of all drilling operations on site. Supervision of Soil & rock laboratory testing,
Identification & description of soil and core samples, Preparation of Borehole Logs. Field sampling
and all In-situ Testing (SPT, CPT, Permeability Test, Packer Test etc). Preparation of schedule for
laboratory routine testing. Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily progress reports. Supervision of
piling and pile load test for highway bridges including supervision of drilling, cage lowering and
concreting of pile.
