Let’s Explore and Discover
We are all living in trying times due to the pandemic. Mostly we are sedentary and
physical activities seemed to be limited due to the demand of minimum health protocols
that should be followed, like observing physical distancing and the wearing of face masks
and face shields.
These health perimeters, which would curb the spread of the virus, add stress to our
lives. Therefore it is necessary to include physical activity and exercise as a strategy to
maintain our health and wellness during these stressful period.
One major activity that you can employ is dance. Dancing as a recreational activity
has changed through time. A product in the evolution of dance is the cheerdance.
