Good Afternoon sir Jason Martin I’m Kirk Arvy Laurence Balaoro I am writing to report the
findings and recommendations developed at the meeting of the Transportation Research Board (TRB)
long-Term Bridge Performance (LTBP) Committee on December 2, 2014.

As you know, this Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) long term program addresses the challenges
faced by federal, state, and location transportation agencies in the operation and maintenance of their
deteriorating Highway Bridge. The Program will collect research-quality on a large representative sample
of in service Butuan City highway Bridges and analyse these data to improve understanding of the
mechanisms and timing of bridges deterioration resulting from the effects of age, materials traffic, and
weather.

Through a contractual arrangement with FHWA, the National Research Council of the National
Academies provides advice and assistance on the conduct of the LTBP program through the network of
its TRB LTBP committee.

SUBJECT : Spot Report re Shooting Incident that Resulted to the Death of

NESTOR DELA TORRE y Urdas

DATE : April 25, 2010

On April 25, 2010 at about 10:00 o’clock in the morning a shooting incident transpired at So. Hanawa,
Brgy. Matangcong, Sigma, Capiz wherein victim one Nestor Dela Torre Y Urdas, 46 years old, married,
laborer, and a resident of So. Hanawa, Brgy. Matangcong, Sigma, Capiz, was shot by suspect Harry
Baradero Y Legaspi, 47 years old, married, and a resident of the same place. As a result thereof, the
victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds in the different parts of the body and was rushed to
Mambusao General Hospital Mamusao, Capiz for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on
arrival by the attending physician thereat. The suspect was arrested at his house during hot-pursuit
operation conducted, but the weapon used in the commission of the crime was not recovered and he is
now under the custody of this station for investigation and proper disposition.

ROBBEDAT GUNPOINT ALONG CROSSING, BARANGAY COGON, CAGANGOHAN BY THE TWO
STILL UNIDENTIFIED SUSPECT WHO WERE ON BOARD A BLACK MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT A
PLATE NUMBER.

Background and current situation:

Last November 25, 2017 around 5:00pm at purok, New Visayas, Panabo City, Davao Del Norte, there
was a fire occurred almost all the house were burned down the affected 30 families were evacuated to
New Pandan gym, Panabo City, Davao Del Norte.

Operation status/update:

According to police investigation the cause of the fire incident was due to unattended candle at Mr. Louis
gatellago’s residence, includes 2 years baby and 3 adults, were rushed to Polymedic Hospital, Panabo
City, Davao Del Norte.

comes from the word “techne” that, means “skill”.

Basic Grammar Review

1. Basic Elements Of Grammar

 English language can be designated to one of the eight categories, known as the parts of
speech.
 Nouns- the largest of parts of speech categories constitute nouns. Nouns is a name of a person,
Place, animals or things.
 Pronouns- are words that helps the writer avoid awkward repetition of nouns. They are used in
replacement of nouns.
 Verbs- words of group that express time while showing an action, a condition, or fact that
something exists. Every complete sentence contains at least one verb.
 Adjectives- Words that quality the meaning of noun or pronoun by giving description about its
appearance, location and other characteristics. It can answer four questions about a noun, as
exemplified below:
 Adverbs- are also modifiers, as they describe one words and make them more specific in the
sentence. When an adverbs modifies a verb, it can answer any of the following questions:
 Prepositions- a word governing, and usually preceding, a noun or pronoun and expressing a
relation to another word or element in the clause, as in “the man on the platform,” “she
arrived after dinner,” “what did you do it for ?”.
 Conjunction- a word used to connect clauses or sentences or to coordinate words in the same
clause.
