PROJECT UPDATE

• Following Airport Expansion Consultation (AEC) Heathrow has made

some changes to the expansion proposals, as well as continuing to
develop design and assessment information.

• Some of these changes are material and need to be taken back to the
public for consultation, whilst some of them are updates to the AEC
proposals.

• We will run a targeted consultation to seek feedback on these material

changes, updates and additional information - proposed between 15
April and 11 June 2020 (8 weeks).

• An updated Statement of Community Consultation is currently with host

local authorities to seek feedback on our proposed approach to the
targeted consultation.

PROJECT UPDATE

• Targeted consultation documents will be fewer in number than AEC,

reflecting the targeted scope. Currently proposed to cover:
• Changes to our masterplan and forecasts
• Construction update
• Mitigation and compensation update
• Surface access update
• Property policies update
• Apprenticeship update

• We expect to make our application for development consent in Q4 2020.
