What Makes a Good Teacher

Finding a good teacher is not difficult, but you need to know where to look. Good
teachers are well prepared in advance for their educational goals. They develop a daily
action plan to ensure maximum productivity. Teachers have a lot of knowledge about
everything, especially in their area of expertise. Good teachers will continue to expand
their knowledge to give their students good answers. Like, a good teacher is like a friend
who helps us with all our difficulties. Good teachers design their own learning processes
that are not their own mainstream. This gives students a better understanding of the
subject. In other words, a good teacher ensures that students study efficiently and get
good grades.
Most importantly, good teachers focus not only on our academic performance,
but also on our overall growth. Only then can students really grow. Therefore, good
teachers understand students' problems and try to deal with them appropriately. Make
students feel like they can talk to someone whenever they are away from home or
unable to be with friends.
