found, rectify with the appropriate authorities.

√Company Set-Up Services for Regional and Representative Offices with MIDA
Responsibilities:-
● Responsible to in charge for a new and renewal foreign company registration or company
set-up with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA)
● Prepare service proposal and quotation (JOC) for the confirmed services from clients,
monitor and follow-up on quotation (JOC) been made.
● Prepare all the documentation required by MIDA and ensure that all company registration
application comply with authority requirement.
● Ensure that of all information provided by the clients is accurate and correct, preparing
and checking all legal documents.
● Responsible as a liaison person in responding to MIDA inquiries and to ensure the client
review the outcome from the local authorities.
● Assist in preparation and submission of Regional/Representative Offices annual report on
behalf of client as part to fulfil MIDA requirement.
● Keep the client updated from time to time on the company registration status with MIDA
● Assist for the Regional/Representative Offices company tax registration with the local
authority once its company registration is approved by MIDA as well as payroll registration.
